THE WISE ACT DECISION PROCESSING SYSTEM

A 6-Day System for Processing an Important Decision Before You Act on It

Important decisions can become difficult when you are working with incomplete information, assumptions, competing priorities, emotional influences, uncertainty, or a strong preference for one outcome. Without a structured way to examine a decision, it can be difficult to determine what you actually need to consider, what matters most, what may be missing, and what should happen next.

The WISE ACT Decision Processing System gives you a structured process for working through important decisions before acting on them. Across six days, you will examine your decision through five connected stages.

WHAT YOU WILL GET

• The WISE ACT Decision Guide — a complete six-day decision-processing system

• Decision Processing Journal — a practical space to record your thinking, work through the questions, clarify your decision, and document the action that follows

WHAT YOU CAN USE IT FOR

The system can be applied to important decisions involving:

Career • Business • Finances • Relationships • Education • Leadership • Health • Personal Decisions

BY THE END OF THIS COURSE, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND HOW TO:

• Examine important decisions beyond your initial thoughts, assumptions, and preferences.

• Evaluate available information, options, risks, opportunities, and potential consequences.

• Recognise the factors, influences, and priorities affecting your judgment.

• Identify what is essential and what you need to support a particular decision.

• Determine whether you have sufficiently examined a decision before acting on it.

• Translate your conclusions into clear, deliberate, and practical next steps.

• Apply the WISE ACT framework when processing future important decisions.
